Please note: This policy applies only to products sold through indigoroad.com. Products sold outside of our website, under the Indigo Road or Egypt Sherrod name, will follow the policies of the respective store.

 


 

General Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges in the United States only.

• Our standard return policy lasts for 30 days after you receive your item.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Processing Guidelines

• Orders returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund).
